I have spent 23 years of my career as a physical therapist and integrative health and wellness coach empowering people to live the best life they can with the body they have been given. I strive to use evidence based integrative, holistic, and patient centered centered care. I have spent my entire career focused on pain management, first in the orthopedic setting with chronic neck and back pain, then in treating women in chronic pain from fibromyalgia, RA, and endometriosis. My own personal journey with endometriosis, multiple surgeries, and infertility treatments led me to spend an extensive amount of time and training in nutrition, yoga, ayurveda, biofeedback, neuromodulation, as well as the importance of mindset and community. Healing is not linear and often requires support for the body, mind, and spirit. As such, all my sessions are a combination of mind and body work. My passion is connecting with women to provide them what they need to move towards a healthy and happy life so they can achieve their dreams.
